North Jakarta PMI Sets Up Health Posts in Two Locations

The North Jakarta PMI set up health posts for Eid homecoming in Tanjung Priok Terminal and Port.

Health posts operate for 24 hours

North Jakarta PMI Chairperson Rijal mentioned as many as 28 volunteers were deployed to provide health services for travelers and bus crews.

"We have assigned 28 volunteers to provide health services in both health posts," he said, Thursday (4/29).

In the momentum of Eid homecoming, those volunteers were on standby at health posts from Wednesday (4/27) to Saturday (4/30). For Eid backflow, they would be on duty for three days from Wednesday (5/4) to Friday (5/6).

"Health posts operate for 24 hours with three shifts a day with a total of 28 volunteers on duty," he uttered.

Moreover, he also prepared 1 ambulance unit with complete medical equipment in each health post to anticipate emergencies.

"Hopefully, it can be helpful for travelers and crews," he expressed.
